Lexus<\/a> Malaysia has announced the new LX 570 model line for the Premium large SUV market, now available for bookings at dealerships nationwide. There are two LX 570 variants for the local market, the standard and Sport editions, priced at RM 1,225,883 and 1,281,938, respectively.<\/p>\n![](\"https:\/\/s3-ap-southeast-1.amazonaws.com\/mytukar\/bQ00I140914\")

As the pinnacle of\u00a0adventure drives and all\u00a0terrains, the LX 570 makes its mark as a Premium SUV that is suited for any adventures or terrains. In looks, the Lexus\u2019 spindle grille is evident and pairs well with the slim LED headlights. There is new sequential turn signals to give the front some aggression. The side is typical of a large seven-seater SUV, resembling a Land Cruiser. Taut shoulder lines take over the bottom of the doors to match the large 21-inch wheels. \u00a0From the rear, the signature Lexus rearlights with L-shaped signal lights are paired to the chrome fixtures to lend the back of the SUV some character. \u00a0The Sport LX version is differentiated by a number of exclusive features, namely the L-shaped spindle grille in mesh design, the sporty bumpers and the wheels are 21-inch forged rims. The LX 570 comes in Terrane Khaki Mica Metallic (New), Garnet, Sun Flare Brown and Ocher hues.<\/p>\n

Inside, the main highlights are the 19-speaker Mark Levinson sound system, a cooled central console storage, rear seats with 11.6-inch screens, ventilated seats on the third row, illuminated scuff plates, aluminium sports pedals with rubber inserts and door lights with logo projection.<\/p>\n
As the 570 suggests, the LX 570 features a 5.7-liter V8 engine to push 383 hp. This powertrain is paired to an eight-speed automatic transmission.\u00a0 Four-wheel is standard on this SUV, with 2 wheel drive a selectable option.<\/p>\n

Befitting the 3rd-generation LX 570, the new LX 570 Sport will come with a Front Performance Damper. This feature enhances the body rigidity thereby offering better handling and stability without sacrifice to the overall comfort of the vehicle.<\/p>\n

In addition, the Lexus LX 570 has no less than six drive modes including a custom setting for further refinement. The Adaptive Variable Suspension that adjusts the ride according to terrain also features four electronically-controlled off-road modes such as Active Height Control (AHC), Multi-Terrain Select (MTS), Crawl Control and Hill Start Assist (HSA). There\u2019s even a Multi-Terrain Monitor where occupants can view the surrounding conditions from the comfort and security of the\u00a0air-cooled seats.<\/p>\n

Affording a higher level of safety to the new LX 570, a host of Lexus Safety System Plus (LSS+) features are now included as standard. Among them are the Pre Collision System (PCS) that determines if a frontal collision is imminent and will initiate evasive braking action. There is also the new Dynamic Radar Cruise Control (DRCC) and Lane Departure Alert (LDA).<\/p>\n
