I had a good experience dealing with Carro. First, I went for inspection and after that they offered me good price higher than what used car company offered. I decided straight away to sell my car and surrendered it. The inspection lasted for 30-45 minutes. They even help ordering grab to get back home. All in all everything was good. It took a day to get my money based on the price after dealing with the bank for the remaining loan balance. Person in charge of me was Mr Yap. He was superb, very helpful and given me very informative answers based on my questions.

My experience with Carro in selling my car was very good. They were efficient and helpful even though it was so close to Raya. And I received the money in less than 12 hours on the Saturday before Raya. They also gave a better price than others.

A very good service from A-Z i sold my x50 2 years ago , that time was still under mytukar. service and price that time was so so . but now it was even better under Carro. price definitely higher compare to others platform. so no need bother to survey those mudah, buybye, motorist , solecar, mobee or others . i can only say in malaysia carsome / carro are the only car platform that offer reasonable price. this time sell 14year old persona. i have to say. i love they have this site / home inspection valuation, especially for elder ppl / old car can directly stay home inspection with trouble going to their shop. which is carsome stop to have. once accept the price, within 5days they will collect the at your place. whatsap respond also very. payment within 24 hours . good job Carro

Very good service. They can arrange staff to inspect at your desire location, thumbs up inspection, collection all they can do it at customer convenience. Price offered are reasonable, get the payment within 24 hours Strongly recommended. Only one down side which is their bidding system only have one time, and only last for like 1 hour. If you are not satisfied want to rebidding again, you car have to go through the inspection again.

I recently sold my 2014 Honda city to Carro. I went to Carro because carsome quoted me a lower price that I was not satisfied with. The sale with Carro (my tukar) was very smooth and fast. After looking on the my tukar Carro website and filling a few details I received a call on when I would like to schedule an inspection. I was able to pick the location of convenience to me and the inspection took about 20-30 mins. Following that a quote was given which I felt was too low. So I refused and then they arranged a bidding with my preferred quote and got a successful bid within 24 hours. They then arranged someone to collect my car and payment was made to me within 24 hours of collection. All the staff were very courteous and helpful. Overall I’m very satisfied.

Sold my car through bidding for RM18,000. That’s a good price compared with the other offers I got. After my car was handed over and Bill of Sales signed, I received a call from Mytukar’s representative saying the buyer pulled out and a mistake was made on their side. I was asked to give them 2 days to sort out the matter. My car was put up for bidding again for 2 days. There were no bidders on the first day. The highest bid price was RM16,600 on the second bid day. Mytukar honored the transaction and payment of RM18,000 was banked into my account after the first day of bidding. I’m really happy with the service of Mytukar. They’re efficient, transparent and very trustworthy. I highly recommend them.

Just went to handover and had my Suzuki Swift inspection today. The price was quoted earlier via WhatsApp, and price given is what I wanted. Miss Erny has been very kind and she goes extra miles just to get my concern solved.
